Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Process

Operate coating machines such as hard coating, dip coating, spin coating, vacuum coating, or AR coating as applicable. Set machine parameters as per SOPs and job cards. Ensure smooth shift operations with minimal downtime. Monitor coating thickness, uniformity, adhesion, and finish quality. Achieve daily and shift-wise production targets.
Quality Control

Perform in-process quality checks as per quality standards. Identify coating defects like bubbles, scratches, peeling, haze, or uneven coating. Coordinate with QC team for rejection analysis and corrective actions. Maintain proper batch records and coating logs.
Shift Management

Supervise operators/helpers during the shift (for Shift Incharge role). Allocate manpower efficiently based on production plans. Ensure shift handover with proper documentation and status updates. Train new operators on machine operation and safety practices.
Safety & Compliance

Follow safety guidelines related to chemicals, solvents, and coating materials. Ensure use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals. Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the coating area. Report safety incidents, near misses, and machine abnormalities immediately.
Maintenance & Coordination

Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance checks. Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and major repairs. Ensure availability of consumables, chemicals, and tools during the shift.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
