Job Title: Shift Incharge

Location: Saptingala

Reports To: Operations Manager

Salary : 20,000 - 25,000

Shift : Rotational shift

Roles & Responsibilities - Shift In-Charge (Saptingala)

Customer Feedback Management

Collect customer feedback during the shift and record it systematically. Share feedback with management to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Opening & Closing Duties

Take charge of opening the outlet on time and ensuring all resources are ready. At closing, secure cash, equipment, and prepare reports as per procedure.

Cash Handling & Accuracy

Handle all cash transactions with care and responsibility. Maintain a cash voucher for using petty cash Cross-check amounts, balance collections, and maintain proper financial records.

Professional Grooming & Conduct

Maintain proper grooming standards, neat appearance, and wear the prescribed uniform. Behave politely and professionally with customers and colleagues at all times.

Customer Information Collection

Collect and update customer details such as name, contact, and preferences. Ensure the data is recorded accurately and maintained confidentially.

Report Preparation & Documentation

Prepare and post wastage reports clearly at the end of each shift. Submit closing reports on time to management without errors or delays

Sales Boost Up

They should take responsibility for

upselling products

to customers and ensuring maximum sales opportunities are utilized. They should actively

push sales

by motivating the team and promoting products effectively during the shift.
