Urgent Opening for Shift In charge in Palladam (Immediate joiner) Position Name : Shift In charge (Production Department) Qualification : B. Tech / B.E./ Diploma - Chemical / Mechanical Experience : 10 + years Gender : Male Only Location : Palladam, Coimbatore Salary : Negotiable We are in requirement of Shift In charge for our factory - Production Department . The candidates should fill full the below eligibility and requirements of us:- Facilities available Food available within the factory Bonus - As per Statutory Norms JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. To carry out all instructions laid out by FM / Production Manager in the respective shifts. 2. Drive the overall performance of the plant to ensure that production activities occur as scheduled within the plan. 3. Liaise and coordinate with process head to progress issues concerning production planning and resource allocation to ensure dispatch of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications 4. To achieve and maintain high productivity & Yields during their shift. To stop machinery\'s operations when the desired results are not achieved in the shift. 5. To receive Raw Materials and effective processing in Planning, Granulation/Activation/Finished Product Screening and Packing/Dispatches/ Quality Control/ Store Keeping/ Preventive Maintenance/Steam Generation and Power/General Administration/Welfare and House Keeping. 6. To efficiently and skill fully handle situations in coordination with the other departments in matters relating to discrepancies, conflicts and doubtful conditions in the processes, products and employee related issues. 7. To take efficient and effective decisions during emergencies in their shift, in the absence of a Production Manager, FM or GM. 8. To ensure proper identification and traceability systems are maintained for the raw materials, semi-finished and final products. 9. To maintain a safe & high standard of Housekeeping inside the plant and factory premises. 10. To take necessary initiatives/steps to ensure the quality objectives are achieved on time, whenever identified for your activities. 11. To abide by the Policies of the company at all times and make sure utmost secrecy is maintained relating to all business activities of this company. 12. To deliver all your responsibilities as above and other responsibilities mentioned in the Procedure Reference Manuals/Standard Operating Procedures/ work instructions/guidelines and any other systems developed by the company in the future as well. 13. You will report directly to the Production Manager.
