Job Description

Production Management:

Overseeing daily feed manufacturing operations from raw material intake, storage, and processing (grinding, mixing, pelleting, crumbling) to packaging and dispatch. Ensuring production targets are met according to schedule and quality specifications. Monitoring and controlling the operation of feed mill machinery (hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills, coolers, etc.). Implementing and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Responding promptly to equipment malfunctions and production disruptions, coordinating necessary repairs and adjustments with the maintenance team. Optimizing production metrics such as output quantity, quality, and resource utilization.
