We are hiring a Shift Incharge to manage end-to-end operations during assigned shifts for our quick-commerce hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee shift operations including picking, packing, dispatch & delivery flow.
Manage delivery associates and ground staff to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory, reduce shrinkage, and ensure proper stock handling.
Track shift performance metrics (TAT, accuracy, dispatch time).
Handle escalations, coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams.
Ensure process compliance, safety, and discipline on the floor.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in quick commerce / last-mile operations.
Strong team handling & coordination skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
