Position:Shift Incharge - Production
Location:Vadodara
Experience:5 - 10 Years
Industries: Pharma API
Responsibilities:

• Supervising production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Managing a team of operators, technicians, and other staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Monitoring production performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with GMP, SOPs, and environmental health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with other departments like Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining shift reports, daily production logs, and ensuring smooth handover between shifts.
• Experience with production planning and team management.

Requirements :

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability.
• Negotiating skills.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point .

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
Salary :- Upto 7.80 LPA
