We are looking for a

Shift In-Charge

to join our footwear manufacturing unit. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in production management. Candidates with a

BTech in Mechanical Engineering

or a

Diploma

are encouraged to apply. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for managing production related activities, coordinating with the manpower, generating reports, maintaining stocks, performing preventive maintenance activities, and managing spare inventory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met. Manage and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Supervise and coordinate with the production workforce to ensure that they follow all protocols and produce high-quality products. Generate daily and weekly reports on production activities, including progress and any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and ensure that there is sufficient stock for production requirements. Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
Requirements:

BTech Mechanical graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Good knowledge of production processes Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
