We have vacancy for

Senior Shift In-Charge - Cutting Department (PU Foam Plant, Chegunta, Hyderabad)

CTC: 6LPA

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end supervision of cutting operations during assigned shift - ensuring accurate cutting as per order sheets, maximum yield, minimum wastage, and timely dispatch support.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan daily cutting schedule based on production plan / order priority Allocate work to operators & helpers; monitor productivity per machine Ensure correct dimensions, grade, density are followed as per job card Track yield & wastage sheet for every block cut; ensure wastage < target Maintain cutting log, bundle count sheet & issue slip accuracy Coordinate with QC, Stores & Dispatch for materials & load planning Ensure machine maintenance & safety protocols are followed Provide shift report with output, issues & pending points
KPIs:

Yield % and wastage % On-time cutting completion Zero cutting dimension complaints Shift discipline & manpower utilisation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹53,341.00 per month
