We're Hiring - Shift Incharge (Production - AAC Blocks)

Location:

Navsari Plant, Gujarat

Experience:

0-1 Years in AAC Blocks / Cement / Construction Materials industry

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Role Summary:

We are looking for a

Shift Incharge

to oversee end-to-end AAC block production during assigned shifts. The role involves managing operations (cutting, autoclaving, curing, packing), ensuring quality, monitoring raw materials, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with maintenance & quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise shift production operations & manpower allocation Ensure production targets and quality standards are met Monitor raw material usage & minimize wastage Maintain shift production reports and handover notes Drive continuous improvement & ensure safety compliance

What We're Looking For:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering 0-1 years' experience in AAC block manufacturing (mandatory) Strong leadership, coordination & problem-solving skills Knowledge of autoclave, curing cycles & production machinery
