ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIPS

Position reports to

Production Head

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary position

Objective

The objective is to oversee daily operations , ensure production targets and quality standards are met, manage and support the team, and maintain safety and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

Production run as per the monthly production plan.

Monitoring machine operation and production as per the daily production plan

Ensure product quality in coordination with the quality supervisor and change in recipe in consultation with quality head

Raw material quality inspection in coordination with the quality supervisor.

Ensuring production reporting without errors.

Arrangement of stacking finished product in yards in coordination with the dispatch team.

Planning and listing out of activities for preventive maintenance of equipments in coordination with Maintenance Incharge.

Regularly checking of safety of machine and manpower

Providing pep talks to workmen for safe working on regular basis.

Ensuring proper housekeeping of plant in production area.

Raising PR for production consumables .

Ensure proper calibration of scales and weighing system

Qualifications and Competencies

Diploma/B.E Mechanical

2-5 years of experience

Computer Knowledge
