Key Responsibilities:

Strong background in Food Colors and Dyes industry Hands-on experience with products such as Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow, Alura Red, etc. Oversee and manage plant/shift operations to ensure smooth production activities Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards Control version management and ensure timely revisions of documents. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines Coordinate with different teams for production planning and execution Train, guide, and supervise the team for efficient operations
