Shift In-Charge

to manage daily store operations during assigned shifts. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee store operations during the assigned shift Supervise and guide store staff Ensure high standards of customer service Handle billing, cash management, and shift closure Monitor inventory and stock availability Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance Coordinate with the Store Manager on daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

12th Pass

(Graduate preferred)

1-3 years of experience

in retail / QSR / bakery / store operations Strong customer handling and team management skills Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and reporting Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred Candidates
