Job Description

/ Responsibilities:

Responsible for

overall operation and performance

of the power plant during the assigned shift. Ensure

safe, reliable, and efficient operation

of boilers, turbines, generators, and auxiliaries.

Monitor DCS parameters

, equipment performance, and ensure smooth load management. Coordinate with

electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation

departments for maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain

optimum efficiency

by controlling parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow as per SOPs. Handle

emergency situations

, plant tripping, and ensure quick restoration. Prepare and maintain

shift logs, reports, and daily generation summaries.

Supervise and guide

operators, field assistants, and technicians

on shift. Ensure strict compliance with

safety standards and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with

CHP, water treatment, and utility sections

for continuous plant operation. Participate in

shutdown/startup activities

as per approved procedures. Suggest and implement

process improvements

for reliability and efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?38,000.00 - ?43,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
