Roles and Responsibilities: Operational To have operational responsibility and accountability for clinical activity in the unit To maximize clinical team efficiencies by utilizing the team in the best possible way, including o Working with BD to promote services where skills are present but under utilized o Should coordinate all initial assessment and conversions. o Shadow visits and patient onboarding o To attend and manage any emergency as per the need or situation o To provide KPI reports to as requested. Quality of care To be responsible for quality of service provision in the region through: o regular audits of the service in the region using the audit standards provided by Director of Nursing including unannounced audits and announced audits o Daily assessment form review o Care plan uploading and documents review o Reporting and resolving of any customer concerns or complaints and supporting staff who have been implicated in a complaint. o KPI reporting to Nursing Heads o To be responsible for staff performance: o Monitoring clinical incidents and reporting to Nursing Heads as requested o Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents and preventative actions and reporting to Nursing Heads o Reconciliation of medications o Providing safe environment for the staff and the patients. o Involvement in active infection control programme Business Development To provide support to the BD Team as required Attend conferences, presentations as required by BD Team. Qualification and Experience GNM B.Sc (Optional) with relevant supervisory experience in ICUs in the hospital set up. Job Location: HBR Layout Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 932,000.00 per month Benefits:
