We need responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of their assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety standards. The role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Shift Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned shift.
Ensure all airline catering requirements are prepared and delivered on time.
Coordinate with various departments (kitchen, logistics, and delivery teams).
Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and airline-specific standards.
Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Team Supervision:
Manage and guide staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Conduct shift briefings and ensure all team members are updated on work plans.
Address employee issues and escalate matters to senior management if needed.
Resource Management:
Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and packaging.
Ensure proper utilization of resources, reducing wastage.
Generate reports on production, wastage, and shift performance.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement and monitor adherence to workplace safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with airline, government, and company regulations.
Key Skills Required:
Leadership and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
