Location: Kashipur, (Uttarakhand)

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Salary: ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are hiring an experienced Shift Incharge to oversee daily operations and manage production shifts efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing/production supervision and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage shift operations to ensure smooth production flow
Allocate tasks and manage workforce during the shift
Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
Maintain shift records and reports
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues during the shift
Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle manpower and resolve on-floor challenges
Knowledge of production planning and reporting
