Responsibilities

Responsible for SLA timely delivery on customer's doorstep for every order with a partner. Responsible for managing 30-70 partners, including buffer partners for daily order delivery. Disciple in cluster attendance of partners for the cluster - Check in and Check out Service quality - reviews from customers and communicating that to the partners Managing affected orders due to partner absenteeism with buffer partners Managing 15min / Instant orders on the platform with commuters Managing service partner mapping to geographies in a cluster to ensure SLAs

Requirements

8 months+ in (Quick commerce, Food delivery, logistics companies)

Hands on operations experience with proven track record in field operations Capable of working on company dashboards for managing orders in cluster Language - Fluent in Hindi and English, local language - Big+ Hired blue collared female work force or worked with them before

Compensation:

20,000 INR to 30,000 INR per month

Shift

: Morning - 6:30AM to 2:30PM [OR] Day - 11:00AM to 7:00PM
