Assistant Engineer/Executive

Job Purpose:

Inspection of precision strips coils

Key Responsibilities:

Heading 1:

+ Description of the role-Primary role is on line inspection of stainless-steel coils as per customer CTQ, making decision of confirming & non-confirming material, preparing disposition reports of inspected material & do entry in SAP/Apriso & clear all uses decisions for inspected material.
+ Adhere of all applicable SOPs for online inspection of finish and intermediate products as per the work instruction.
+ Over all responsible for individual finish line quality decision & validation of defect to concern agencies.
+ Capable of doing SPC & MSA,responsible for Calibration of measuring instruments.
+ Capable of finding root cause of problems & making CAPA for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

B Sc/Diploma in metallurgy/mechanical.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Understanding of customer requirements, Knowledge of computer operating, inspection work experience of metal industry, Knowledge of SAP & ISO.
