Position:

Shift Incharge

Experience Required:

6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shift operations in a well-known QSR environment. Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service. Manage and lead a team of at least

10 staff members

during the shift. Prepare and maintain

staff duty schedules

for smooth shift operations. Monitor and maintain

product inventory

, stock levels, and ordering needs. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed. Support store management in daily operations and reporting. Work in

flexible shift timings

as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

6 months to 1 year

of experience in QSR or similar industry. Ability to handle customer issues professionally. Strong team-handling and leadership skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of inventory and shift management.
