What You'll Do (In a Nutshell):

Lead shift operations on the solar module manufacturing line (Front and Back end) Handle production planning, manpower management, and shift supervision Maintain rejection rate - quality first, always Ensure accurate BOM-based reporting and consumption tracking Coordinate with QC, Stores, and other cross-functional teams Optimize processes for better throughput and efficiency
