We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled
Electrical Shift Incharge
to manage and supervise electrical operations during shifts in the Foundry Division. The role ensures uninterrupted power supply, furnace operations, and electrical equipment reliability to support production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the shift electrical maintenance team in the foundry.
Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of
Induction/Arc Furnaces, DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, and substation equipment
.
Handle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs during the shift.
Implement and monitor
preventive & predictive maintenance schedules
to minimize downtime.
Operate and maintain
PLC, SCADA, VFDs, and automation systems
used in foundry operations.
Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to resolve electrical issues quickly.
Maintain shift logs, breakdown reports, and compliance documentation.
Ensure adherence to
electrical safety practices and statutory requirements
during the shift.
Guide and support electricians/technicians in troubleshooting and repair work.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
foundry electrical systems and furnace power supplies
.
Hands-on experience with
HT/LT systems, transformers, and substations
.
Ability to handle
PLC/SCADA/VFD troubleshooting
.
Shift handling, team leadership, and quick decision-making ability.
Awareness of
safety standards and energy management practices
.
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
5- 7 years of experience in Foundry/Steel/Heavy Manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
