Position:

Shift In-Charge - Copper Electrorefinery Operations

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience

OR

Diploma in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering / B.Sc. with minimum 5 years of experience

Experience:

Proven experience in

Electrorefining and/or Electrowinning

operations in a large commercial plant Exceptional candidates with slightly lesser experience but strong

technical expertise & leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

? Overall shift responsibility for

operations of a Large Copper Electrorefining (ER) Plant

? Ensure strict compliance with

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

standards
? Production planning and optimum capacity utilization
? Coordinate with

Anode Casting Plant

to ensure quality anodes (chemical & physical)
? Implement and enforce

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

? Supervise process control, quality, production, and manpower management
? Ensure consistent high-quality output -

LME Grade A Copper Cathodes

? Operate & monitor

acid recovery, nickel recovery, and ETP units

? Work with maintenance team on

predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance

? Coordinate with refinery head for

process consumables availability

?

Train, mentor, and develop

plant personnel for continuous improvement
? Basic proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
