Responsibilities and Requirements:

Production Oversight:

Monitoring production processes, ensuring quality, and meeting production targets during their shift.

Team Coordination:

Supervising and coordinating production teams, including operators and technicians, to ensure efficient workflow.

Safety:

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

Equipment Maintenance:

Monitoring equipment performance and addressing any operational issues.

Communication:

Maintaining effective communication with supervisors, other shift incharges, and relevant departments.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including production data, quality control, and safety logs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
