• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the power industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Experience in overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
