SHULD HAVE STRONG HOLD ON ENGINEERING AND MAINTAINANCE JOB OF BUILDING AND INFRACTURE MANAGE DAY TO DAY ENGINEERING OPERATION ALONG WITH PROPER MONITORING OF TEAM, WORK, DATA ALONG WITH MAINTAIANACE SCHDULE.
PPM, Maintenance of Engineering equipment history card, complaint analysis monitoring of complaint TAT, should have good hands on experience on Below equipment, good hold on safety protocol of engineering
1.DG
2. Transformer.
3. HVAC plants
4.Motors
5.VFD.
6.AHUs.
7. Hot water system.
8. Hydropnumatic system.
9. Plumbing and sewar line work.
10.basic of civil and infra maintenance
11.VCB & ACB system.
12 water treatment
13. west water treatment.
14. cold room and domestic AC systems basic knowledge.
