We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Shift Engineer/Supervisor

with a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in plant or industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations during assigned shifts and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment such as

electrical panels, motors, and pumps

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise plant operations and ensure machinery runs efficiently during the shift. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot

electrical panels, motors, pumps

, and related equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns, identify faults, and implement quick corrective actions. Perform preventive maintenance activities as per schedule and maintain maintenance logs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with other engineering teams and departments for operational support. Maintain shift reports and equipment performance data. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment when required
