Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning

Support the Manufacturing Head in achieving organization strategy. Micro and Macro Planning of the Manufacturing Process for HSM machine. Cascade Quality standards and policies to the plant level

Functional

Core

Micro and Macro Planning of machine to achieve the Planned dispatches on time. Resource Planning Liaison with internal customers CAPA implementation Troubleshoot manufacturing, quality and process issues using various Problem-solving tools like failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), 7 QC tools, etc. Ensuring process optimization by implementation of Lean, Six Sigma & TQM principles. Key Result Areas
Establish and lead Manufacturing Projects related to HSM. Plan, Monitor and execute the Manufacturing Process to achieve Organization goals.

Fulfil Customer requirements by standardizing the process of Manufacturing to achieve FTR.
