Desired Profile:
Diploma/Graduate in Engineering with 3- 5 years of experience in technical services--preferably corporate, commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG/UPS, lifts, CCTV, fire safety, BMS, and related building systems.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, statutory compliance, documentation, and audits.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
