Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure within real estate properties.

2. Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

3. Collaborate with the maintenance team for seamless operations.

4. Troubleshoot electrical issues, perform repairs, and oversee installations.

5. Maintain records of maintenance activities, reports, and documentation.

6. Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and company standards.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.

4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Familiarity with real estate or facilities management.

- Experience with maintenance management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
