Job Description

We are looking for a

Shift Controller

to lead and manage our warehouse operations for high-growth

B2B business

. The core focus of this role is to ensure the smooth, timely, and accurate flow of products through the warehouse during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound activities, managing on-ground manpower, and driving operational efficiency to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Shift Management & Leadership:

Manage the day-to-day warehouse activities during your assigned rotational shift.

Team Supervision:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the on-ground teams, including

pickers, loaders, and dispatch teams

.

Operations Execution:

Ensure all order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities are completed on time and

as per the defined SLA

.

Inventory Control:

Oversee processes to maintain

inventory accuracy

and prevent shrinkage.

Coordination:

Coordinate effectively with

inventory and transport teams

to ensure seamless handoffs and smooth overall operations.

Performance Tracking:

Track shift performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics and operational issues to management.

Process Adherence:

Enforce adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse safety, cleanliness, and process quality.
Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in

warehouse or logistics operations

(experience in the B2B or e-commerce segment is preferred).

Skills:

Strong

team management

and

problem-solving skills

.

Technical Knowledge:

Working knowledge of

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

and proficiency in

MS Excel

for reporting.

Commitment:

Must be willing to work in

rotational (Day/Night) shifts

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
