> Knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheet metal parts



> BIW part evaluation & failure analysis.



> Technical guidance to vendor for Sheet metal parts manufacturing process.



> Sheet metal stamping , welding and material technical know how should be available.



> Part & Process evaluations



v Analysis of Part Quality issues & countermeasure planning.



> Planning for zero defect production lines setup at Vendors.



> PFMEA and required actions planning with vendors.



>Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning for mass production models



> Knowledge of Sheet metal Stamping & Welding process



> Expertise in checking fixture & welding fixture design & concept generation.



> Good understanding of raw material spec & usage areas.



> Effective problem solver with skill to lead root cause investigation.



> Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.



> Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.).



>Clear & Good communication skills.



> Ability to work in lean, multi tasking environment.



> Ability to handle the product & situation independently.
