We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to support our Sheet Metal manufacturing operations. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, ensuring part accuracy, and maintaining production quality and efficiency.####

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor assigned CNC machine (Laser, Turret Punching, or Press Brake). Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions. Perform machine setup and basic programming adjustments where required. Conduct in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy. Maintain machine performance, cleanliness, and production safety standards. Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve output targets.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred. 2-6 years of hands-on CNC operating experience in sheet metal fabrication.

Skills Required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of tool selection, machine offsets, and cutting parameters. Understanding of quality standards and measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.). Safety and housekeeping discipline.
