Key Responsibilities and Authorities

Turret punch programming (Radan/Trutops software). o Resource planning (Material & manpower) o Inventory & material management. o Preventive maintenance awareness. o Lean manufacturing / 5S knowledge. o ERP/Inventory software knowledge. o Ensure that health & safety guidelines are followed.o He should be able to make reports & communicate with a cross-functional team. o Study process down time, Machine utilization & drive visible improvements. o Proficient with MS Office o Written & spoken English skill.

Education qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

Experience: 15+ years' experience in sheet metal, fabrication & production

Preferable Industry :

Door Industry, Any Manufacturing Industry of Sheet metal parts+ assembly

Required Knowledge / Skills/ Competencies:

Knowledge of AutoCAD o Knowledge of CNC programming preferable o Knowledge of ERP/SAP mandatory o Proficient with MS Office o Written & spoken English skill

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
