Job Description

Our client is seeking SHE Managers (13) to work on the MAHSR T3 (Mumbai -Ahmedabad High Speed Rail).
Job Location: Vadodara / Surat / Other Gujarat locations

- Conduct regular site inspection with respect to SHE plan/procedure
- Conduct hazard identification & risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing preventative strategies for the area of operations
- Organize Safety training for staff, workmen & sub-contractors
- Monitor compliance with SHE policies, plan, procedure and prepare report
- Implement company's SHE Digital initiative at site
- Conduct Emergency Mock drills at site based on the project specific plan
- Conduct Incident investigation with root cause analysis
- Prepare SHE related reports/documentations
- Conduct Internal audit as per ISO 45001 & 14001 requirements
Job Requirements
Qualification requirements
BE/B-Tech with Govt. recognized full time regular Diploma in Safety or Any Science Graduate with full time regular Diploma in Safety
Note: No part time/correspondence courses are accepted by client
Experience
Total 5 years, similar work experience 2 years (Metro/ Rail infrastructure project experience preferred/Ballast less track work experience is highly preferred)
Note: experience is counted post safety diploma
