Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

SharePoint SPFx Developer

to support an enterprise modernization initiative. The role involves designing and developing scalable, automated solutions for

real-time activity tracking, custom alerting frameworks, and compliance enablement

within a

SharePoint Online

environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in

SPFx, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions

, and event-driven architectures, with experience working in large enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement

custom alerting mechanisms

to deliver timely notifications for end users and administrators. Develop, enhance, and maintain

automated solutions

for real-time tracking of

Create, Update, and Delete (CRUD)

actions in SharePoint Online lists and libraries. Utilize

Microsoft Graph API webhooks

and

Azure Functions

to enable seamless, event-driven notifications across large-scale SharePoint environments. Build scalable solutions with minimal manual intervention through

automation of site discovery, webhook registration, and subscription renewal

. Support the design and deployment of a

user-friendly alert subscription framework

, including site-level and hub-site scenarios. Enable centralized oversight and

compliance readiness

through operational governance and audit-support tools. Integrate solutions with

Power BI

and

Application Insights

for real-time monitoring, reporting, and actionable insights. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and cost efficiency using

Azure serverless patterns

.

Primary Skills & Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with

SharePoint Online development

. Expertise in

SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

using

JavaScript, TypeScript, and React

. Proven experience with

Microsoft Graph API

, including webhook registration and lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of

Azure Functions

and serverless, event-driven architectures. In-depth understanding of

SharePoint lists, libraries, site architecture, content types, and permissions

. Experience building

custom alerting and notification frameworks

in SharePoint environments. Hands-on experience with

real-time activity and event tracking

(Create, Update, Delete). Automation skills to design scalable solutions with minimal manual effort. Experience working in

large enterprise environments

. Understanding of

Azure auto-scaling, performance optimization, and cost-efficient cloud patterns

. UI/UX development experience for

user-centric dashboards and interfaces

.

Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of

centralized oversight, compliance, and operational governance

requirements. Experience integrating with

Application Insights

and

Power BI

. Familiarity with

PnP PowerShell

, custom scripting, and advanced

SharePoint administration

.

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

Initial Onsite Requirement:

Selected resources must work from the

Trivandrum or Kochi office for the first week

as part of onboarding and project induction.

Background Verification (BGV):

PAN Card and Aadhaar Card are mandatory for completion of the background verification process.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
