We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled

SharePoint Consultant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, workflow efficiency, and information management across the organization.

You will play a key role in understanding business needs, translating them into SharePoint solutions, and ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows. Develop SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Migrate data and content between SharePoint environments (on-premises to online, or tenant-to-tenant). Support integration between SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, etc.). Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and optimize SharePoint performance. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Ensure governance, compliance, and security best practices are followed in all SharePoint solutions. Provide user training and create documentation for system configurations and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments. Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with SharePoint customization (SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, site architecture, and governance. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certification is a plus (e.g., MS-700, MS-600).

Preferred Attributes

Experience with workflow automation and form development. Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft Graph API. Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
