Job Description


:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
  • Monitor program progress and identify any potential bottlenecks or issues, taking proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to the L&D team by preparing and maintaining relevant trackers, reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • Manage the onboarding and engagement of external vendors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of training services.
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule training sessions, track attendance, and collect feedback
  • Oversee all aspects of L&D operations, from initial planning to post-training evaluation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into L&D systems.
  • Resolve queries and issues related to L&D programs and processes.
  • Coordinate and manage V-Learn sessions, ensuring smooth execution and accurate attendance tracking.
  • Share training feedback with facilitators to enhance future sessions.
  • Monitor compliance with mandatory trainings like POSH and COC, following up with associates to ensure timely completion.L
  • ead and mentor the L&D operations team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
