MIS Management

: Maintain and manage MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Macro Development

: Create and maintain macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve data processing efficiency.

Power BI

: Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.

Power Automate

: Utilize Power Automate to streamline workflows and automate business processes.

Process Automation

: Work with the team to identify areas for automation, design solutions, and implement them effectively.

Collaboration

: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide automation solutions.

Documentation

: Document automation processes and provide training to team members as needed.

Continuous Improvement

: Stay updated with the latest automation tools and technologies to continuously improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background

: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills

: + Proficiency in MIS management and reporting.
+ Strong knowledge of Macros and their application in automation.
+ Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
+ Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.

Analytical Skills

: Ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Team Collaboration

: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with various departments.

Problem-Solving

: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions.

Attention to Detail

: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and automation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications

: Relevant certifications in Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools. *
