Your responsibilities

As SGL, you will lead a cross-functional team delivering consumer-facing digital solutions globally. This role blends technical leadership, team management (~20%), and delivery responsibilities (~80%) to drive innovation and operational excellence.


Lead and manage a team of 10-15 engineers, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance development. Deliver localized digital solutions with hands-on Java full-stack development. Translate global business needs into scalable technical solutions. Manage external vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance. Monitor system performance and define KPIs for continuous improvement.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or Business Informatics. 9+ years of experience in software development and delivery. Strong hands-on expertise in Java full-stack development. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Commerce Tools, Hybris, SAP). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management practices
