Supervise and manage shop floor operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan and schedule.
Monitor machine operations, manpower allocation, and workflow.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Report production status, issues, and breakdowns to management.
Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and materials.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of hydraulic manufacturing processes preferred.
Basic leadership and team-handling skills.
Ability to manage shift activities and solve floor-level issues.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing / shop floor supervision.
