Shadowfax Senior Manager Operations (5 10 Yrs)
Job Description
- Account ownership for major e-commerce clients
- Managing overall P&L of business entities, launching process improvement initiatives, addressing inefficiencies to drive profitability
- Launch and manage PAN India last mile delivery operations for B2B and B2C e-commerce clients
- Defining operating plan to meet client\'s requirement with respect to expansion, monthly and quarterly AOP Plans
- Setup the reporting processes for operational streamlining
- On boarding and relationship management: Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations
- Manage team of size 10-12 members responsible for on-ground operations
- Work with cross-functional teams (design/tech/finance) solving problems real-time meeting client requirements
- Define pay-out/Incentive structures for on-ground operations team
Skills and experience required :
- Experience in managing multi-tiered teams/ launching operations from scratch
- Understanding of E-commerce and logistics industry
- Experience in working fast-paced environments/ start-ups
- Ability to work on Microsoft excel/ other office tools
