Shadow Teachers
to support children within inclusive classroom settings. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the child, the educator, and the curriculum, ensuring that the student remains engaged, supported, and integrated into the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Individualized Support:
Provide one-on-one assistance to children in the classroom to help them navigate daily academic and social tasks.
Behavior & Attention Management:
Implement strategies to improve the child's focus and manage emotional or behavioral challenges.
Collaborative Care:
Work closely with class teachers, peers, parents, and supervisors to ensure a holistic approach to the child's development.
Learning Facilitation:
Modify or simplify instructions to match the child's learning pace and needs.
