Shadow Teacher
Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and patient Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a mainstream school environment. The role involves assisting the child academically, behaviorally, and socially to help them participate effectively in classroom activities. Key Responsibilities Support the child during classroom lessons and activities Help the child understand instructions and complete schoolwork Assist in managing behavior, attention, and emotional regulation Encourage social interaction and independence Coordinate with class teachers, special educators, and parents Maintain daily progress and observation notes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
