Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to assigned student during classroom activities.
Collaborate with the homeroom teacher and subject teachers to adapt and differentiate lesson plans and instructional materials.
Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or learning support strategies as advised by the SEN counsellor.
Promote the student's independence, confidence, and participation in school life while minimizing reliance on adult support.
Assist in classroom behavior management and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and document the student progress, challenges, and achievements regularly.
Communicate with parents/guardians and school staff to share updates and contribute to collaborative decision-making.
Attend meetings, professional development, and training sessions related to inclusive education and IB practices.
Support the student in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and positive peer relationships.
