Wanted: Shadow Teacher for Montessori School

We are looking for a

dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher

to support a child in our Montessori environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to the assigned child within the classroom setting. Assist in social, emotional, and academic development while encouraging independence. Collaborate with Montessori teachers and parents to ensure holistic progress. Adapt teaching strategies based on the child's individual needs.

Requirements:

Graduate in Psychology / Special Education / Early Childhood Education (or any). Freshers can apply too; they will be hired on basis of

OJT (On Job Training).

Prior experience working with children or special needs students is an advantage. Excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
