Your Role
As an SFMC Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer journeys, implement data-driven campaigns, and ensure seamless integration with other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

Design and implement

dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.

Integrate

SFMC with external systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, APIs, data extensions) for seamless data flow.

Build and optimize

customer journeys, automation workflows, and triggered campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report

on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance

with data privacy regulations and best practices in email deliverability and marketing automation.



Top 5 Technical Skills

AMPscript & SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript):

Advanced scripting for dynamic content and automation in SFMC.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform:

Deep expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.

API Integration:

Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating SFMC with external systems and data sources.

HTML, CSS, and Responsive Email Design:

Strong skills in building visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.

SQL & Data Management:

Proficient in writing SQL queries for data segmentation, audience targeting, and automation within SFMC.
