Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SFDC Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce platform and related integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.



Responsibilities:



Develop test plans, strategies, and test cases for Salesforce features and functionalities. Perform manual and automated tests to verify the correct functioning of the Salesforce application. Identify, log, track, and re-test defects to ensure they are resolved. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and administrators to understand requirements and resolve issues. Verify customizations, workflows, integrations, and configurations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Document test plans, test cases, and test results, and maintain ongoing documentation throughout the development process.
