Responsibilities
This is a varied delivery leadership role with the following responsibilities
Expert in Sales Cloud Service cloud Community Cloud SF CPQ LWC
Hands on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and APIs
Should be able to work on Salesforce Integrations with Third party tools
Certified with Admin Developer I and Developer II Minimum 2
Manufacturing Domain knowledge will be added advantage
Should be able to define Salesforce solutions
Conversant with compliance and regulatory norms governing the industry
Experience with Agile Development Scrum Practice
Review and prepare the technical design document
Participate in design discussions
Perform Code walkthroughs and code reviews
Experience writing user stories requirements test scripts and test cases
Own the design of Salesforce and optionally other affiliated solutions for Sales Service and platform solutions
Participate in testing in general and performs unit tests
Quality Documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions preferred
Contributes to Test scripts and Test cases for Manual and Automation
Secondary Functional and Reporting Skills
Ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains
Strong technical aptitude Should have demonstrated success in applying critical thinking problem solving methodologies
Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results Able to manage multiple priorities maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment
Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of SFDC including data model role hierarchy sharing and security model
Technical Assistance to Team Drive Team to deliver as per defined Team productivity
Supervise the configuration quality assurance testing and deployment of Salesforce
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs
Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
Provide guidance on user story writing style
Review solutions and recommending improvements
Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
Reviews functional design for initiatives and lead defining dev standards and best practices
Required Qualifications and Background
At least 9 years experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
Excellent communication skills written verbal and interactive when online
Minimum Salesforce certified
Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Service Cloud Consultant
Platform App Builder
