Role Summary

Design and implement Salesforce Education Cloud to manage student lifecycle, create integrated student experiences, consolidate campus systems, and apply Education Data Architecture (EDA).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Education Cloud projects from requirements to go-live

Develop Student 360 data model integrating SIS, LMS, and communication systems

Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders

Set up and customize Education Cloud features (Recruitment & Admissions, Student Success Hub)

Ensure alignment with EDA and Salesforce best practices

Design automation and engagement workflows using Flows, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud

Oversee integrations with external systems and APIs

Recommend reporting, analytics, and dashboards

Technical Skills

Salesforce Education Cloud, EDA, Experience Cloud

Data Modeling for Higher Education

Integration with SIS/LMS (Banner, Workday, Moodle, Canvas)

Process automation using Flows, OmniStudio, Apex

Certifications (Optional)

Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant
