Develop and deploy Salesforce features and automation tools.
Collaborate with the SFDC Admin and IT team for system improvements.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned technical tasks.
Maintain system documentation and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Relevant development experience (Salesforce / CRM platform). (Real Estate Only)
Strong analytical and programming skills.
KRAs:
On-time deployment of assigned features.
Zero-defect code delivery.
Continuous improvement of system performance.
